Organize and Carry with a Clamshell Pouch

The FR-1 Pouch evolved from a first aid kit bag with added versatility. Use it as a general purpose organizational pouch or a specialized medical pouch. Both halves have layered pockets topped with a wide array of elastic loops to keep contents in place and the full zipper clamshell opening can be fine tuned to various angles with a paracord adjuster. Pouch only. First aid supplies shown in the photo are not included.

  • Draw bridge opening with cord lock to adjust how far the pouch can open
  • Torch-Lair in front with bungee cord compression
  • Exterior shock cord for lashing
  • Top carry handle and drainage grommet
  • 1 inch D-rings for a 1.5 or 2 inch shoulder strap (strap sold separately)
  • PALS webbing on front (2 rows of 2 x 2.5 inch wide channels) and sides (2 rows 1 channel) and back (2 x 2 rows 2 channels)
  • Attaches with 5 inch TacTie attachment straps (sold separately)
  • Main compartment: 6 in L x 3 in W x 7 in H
  • Front interior: zippered pocket with 2 double stacked 2 x 3 inch elastic loops for tourniquets and bandages or other supplies
  • Back interior: mesh pocket with 2 double stacked 1 x 2.75 inch elastic loops and 1 elastic loop 1 inch over 2 inch with 3 divisions
  • 2 x 3.75 inch loop field for ID patches

  • 1000-denier water and abrasion resistant lightweight ballistic nylon fabric with triple polyurethane coating for water resistance
  • High tensile strength nylon webbing and composite nylon thread stronger than ordinary industry standard thread
  • Internal seams taped and finished
  • Paracord zipper pulls and YKK high strength zippers and zipper tracks
  • Stress points double stitched or bartacked or Box-and-X stitched for added strength
  • Teflon fabric protector for grime resistance and easy maintenance
